1) SCOPE OF APPLICATION

Goods ordered through our online shop, e.g. books, catalogues, digital products and other non-book items or services, such as tickets for individual or group visits, are subject to these General Terms and Conditions. Deviating terms and conditions will not be recognised unless the Frankfurter Bibelgesellschaft e.V. has agreed to them in writing prior to the conclusion of the contract.

3) CONCLUSION OF CONTRACT

The purchase contract is concluded when the buyer sends the electronic order form by mouse click and thus submits an offer to the seller to conclude a purchase contract, which the seller accepts by sending the goods.
In the case of the PayPal payment method, the purchase contract is already concluded with the successful completion of the payment.

Explanation of the ordering and shipment process:

By confirming the button “Order subject to payment”, your order is triggered and forwarded to us. With your order you declare bindingly that you wish to purchase the goods/tickets. The text of the contract will be saved by us. You will see an order confirmation on your screen with our General Terms and Conditions, contact details and the cancellation policy, which we will send to you by e-mail. You can save this or print it out.
Depending on the goods, you will receive the delivery directly from us or from the corresponding publisher.
In the case of publisher’s goods, a delivery note is enclosed, and you will receive the corresponding invoice from the Frankfurter Bibelgesellschaft e.V., which is also the recipient of the invoice amount.
In the same way, any goods you return must be addressed to Frankfurter Bibelgesellschaft e.V., unless another return option has been agreed individually.
